Bricks Boxing is a locally owned gym that offers classes for all fitness & competition levels. We have a variety of different class types led by real fighters qualified to teach you. MEET THE TRAINERS

Josh "Bricks" Reed

Meet Josh "Bricks" Reed owner and founder of Bricks Boxing. Josh opened the gym on November 4th of 2017. Josh has been training and competing in MMA & Jiu Jitsu Tournaments since 2010. With an amateur record of 12 fights, with 9 wins and only 3 losses.

 

Josh has a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, and Wrestling back round. He's been a personal trainer for 8 years and a group fitness instructor now for 6 years.

SERVICES

BOXING & KICKBOXING CLASSES

 This is a trainer led workout class highlighted in Dark Blue on our schedule listed above. Here you will learn how to properly throw punches & kicks on heavy bags, specialty bags, punch mitts, & other training pads. This class is great for weight loss, improves cardio endurance and strengthens abs & core. We also incorporate different exercises with weights & other equipment to help build lean productive muscle. What makes this class great is that it is designed & ran in a way so that any beginner or advanced individual can do it at there own pace and get great results out of it! 

COMPETITIVE BOXING CLASSES

 A great way to get in exceptional shape, learn a skill, become more balanced, coordinated, and have a blast while doing it. This class is highlighted in RED on our schedule listed above, and is where we train with dreams of one day getting in the ring, or for self defense purposes. This is 100% boxing training in its full entirety. Beginner friendly. Kids ages 8 & older can participate. See our schedule above for class times

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Grappling & submission based martial art. Learning takedowns, throws and different submission holds. Great for self defense! Gi & No Gi training. Belt ranking systems. Local tournaments are available for competitors.
